I have had a couple of issues with incorrect addressing by PayPal but, each time I have contacted customer service they have replied swiftly and done all they can to assist. I'm really pleased with their outstanding behaviour

Very slow delivery

I have used your Nutpicks 3 times and each time after a week I had to email and get an update on my delivery. It seems you need a reminder each time. This is very disappointing because you have a great products. This stops me ordering on regular basis.
