- How long order take to be dispatched?

Orders usually needs 2 - 3 working days to be dispatched as we prepare and pack the items after you place your order.

- Where is my order?

You can check the tracking from the dispatch notification which should be sent to your inbox when we sent your order with the courier.

- How to check my points?

After you log in to your account, you have to click on ' Rewards ' tab at the bottom of your screen and then you will be able to check how many points you have and how to redeem them. You can also find more details in here!

- How to use the discount code I got from redeeming my points?

You should enter the code in ' Gift card & Discount Code ' box at check out. You can't use it with any other discount including subscription orders.

- How to manage my subscription?

After you log in to your account, you will find a link in your profile (where you can see your orders) to manage your subscription (skip your next order, cancel Item, cancel subscription, change item ...)

- Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time.
